Starring: Mark Hamill, Peter Hobbs, David Proval, Richard Romanus, Susan TyrrellA certified wacky film from the wacky guy himself, Ralph Bakshi. Interesting story about a conflict between technology and magic. -
2. J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings
Directed by: Ralph Bakshi
Starring: Billy Barty, Norman Bird, Simon Chandler, Anthony Daniels, Dominic GuardI really love what Ralph Bakshi did with this movie, even if the end result wasn't incredible. It has some great moments, and I thought his "flavor" of MiddleEarth was dead-on. -
3. Assassins
Directed by: Richard Donner
Starring: Sylvester Stallone, Antonio Banderas, Julianne Moore, Anatoli Davydov, Muse WatsonBring the nachos for the cheese, but solid performances from all 3 of the main cast members make this a fun romp through the world of hitmen. -
4. The Replacements
Directed by: Howard Deutch
Starring: Gailard Sartain, Ryan Slattery, Keanu Reeves, Orlando Jones, Gene HackmanHackman brings his usual superb performance to a great little movie that has a lot of really fun moments in it. Anyone who can't get behind the idea of being a football player as a regular Joe is nut -
