I recently got Gears of War, and i have to say....its one of the coolest 3rd person shooter i have ever played.The graphics are marvellous, awesome sound recording and the dialogues are pretty interesting as well. Over all, the entire package is one hell of an experience. unfortunately i am not able to play multiplayer coz of slow bandwidth.
Ps. i regret playin Crysis before Gears of War !!!!! BIG MISTAKE !!!

like gears of war BUT worse graphics, great story better control,(in pc) better guns all gears gun suck apart form chainsaw but the gun sucks better ai eg allies dont stuck better levels also taking cover makes sense in gears you stand up and collect bullets, so you am to a enemy behind cover, hoping to hit him as he stand up but you take hit before he stnads up, also better camera while sprintign and control you can aim withou zooming ublike the close quarters sutiations in gears also no mosnsters or that death annoying boss and no krill you move to darkness you die no drive and use uv light no push burned car wreckage and turrets and feel so dumb in gameplay propably much more strategy than gears but not brothjer in arms also if you die allies do heal you, i dont know it feels better ill get it and let you know!

have you completed gears? have you tried frontlines? bioshock, moha? or bf bad company?

thenewau25, i dont have much games with me right now. all i have is GoW...am yet to complete it coz i wont get much of PC time these days coz my dad will be usin it.i thought of gettin Bioshock but i dont know what kinda game it is...

well hae you conpleted gow? what you think? i mean obviously it aint that action pack as i thought, my opinion and story needs work mostly i hated the mix with not so goo fo pc controls and ways to aim and shoot compared with the cover thing that suppose to be realistic but well and the damn krill i think its hyoed in any case if you liked it i recommend kane and lynch dead men but bioshock is a fps that looks like a horror game but its not what i mean is you are in an underwater city in the 50s you kill some short of zombies or something and you start with a wrench its not an action game you dont shot much you make choices eg upgrade skill indifferent endings powers and you mainly do stuff like hack security bots and use them on your side or electricity spell to make machines work and game to burn things up or freeze enemies, less shooting but its easy, high quality game!

Dude, i completed Gears of War. it was good man....totally action packed.i didn't have any problems with the controls though, the only problem was the random hick-ups with the frame rate.the story line is great with an awesome gameplay. waitin for GoW 2 PC !
