I was thinking about getting a new desktop computer soon but I don't know which company to buy from. Can anyone help me deicide which is the best computer company to buy from?

I was thinking about that but is it true when you get a Dell you can only buy parts from their company to upgrade your computer because that's what my cousin said and he knows a lot about computers.
