Anyone notice how nothing interesting ever comes out during the summer, but as soon as school starts, a ****load of games suddenly get released? What the hell, brah... Why must publishers always wait until we're too busy to release their games? It doesn't even make sense from a marketing perspective.

Metroid Prime Trilogy - It's a compilation of one of the best games ever and its two sequels. The new motion controls for MP1 and MP2 are well implemented. The Gamecube games still hold up pretty well today, I love it.

Batman: Akham Asylum - I tried the demo the other day and it blew my socks off! Stalking and performing crazy combos on mentally unstable people is pretty fun, but even cooler is pwning them with the Bat-gadgets in your arsenal. Many of The Animated Series' voice actors are back in Arkham Asylum. So if you love TAS, you're in for a treat.

Dissidia: Final Fantasy - The battles are flashy and very fun. My only beef with it: Many songs were "remixed", to the point of being almost unrecognizable. I honestly fail to see what part of ruining cIassic masterpieces with J-Pop crap counts as an hommage. Someone needs to grab that noob composer by the shirt and pimp-slap him a bunch of times!!!! So, in a nutshell: Terrific gameplay, terrible soundtrack.

Did anyone try I MAED A GAM3 W1TH Z0MB1ES!!!1? I played it at a friend's and it was awesome.

I thought I was the only one who noticed that! It's stupid of the game companies to do that. Now I have to wait until...Novemember or October to actually get some real gaming time in. Like, 20 hours or something.

And I never tried that ZOMB1E!!!1 game. Maybe if I get around to getting that 360, I'll check it out.

I gotta say, Dissidia really hasn't lived up to my expectations. I might need to put more time in it, but it's seeming like a real "All flash, no substance" game. I'll stick with Professor Layton and BlazBlue for now.

Very nice. Have fun with that Batman, because I know I am.

Does EVERYONE but us have Batman? Huh? Is that the case?

Nice haul though!

It actually is rather retarded you would think...but I think the sales figures show that people start buying and stuff for X-Mas around this time, so I guess there's that. Unlike many of us, who love gaming so much that we blog on a site about games, most people are casual, and buy games at Christmas and stuff. How boring.

Nice buys and i'll be sure to check out that zombie game later. Sounds sweet.

Yeah and all of those were released in the same week (if I'm correct), I definitely want Dissida and Arkham Asylum.

I will be getting the Batman game for sure soon, I loved the demo.

Well, I've never been into Metroid, but the other two games are on my wish list too at the moment. Especially Arkham Asylum, since well... I don't have a PSP yet.

Oh yeah. And... Game companies aren't stupid. They just know that I still have vacation over here in the Netherlands.

remixes are usually bad especially if they try to mess with my favorite Castlevania theme "Vampire Killer"

twilightlullaby: Novemember? But yeah...So far, Capcom seems to get it. I wish more pubs would follow their example.

DrAwesomeMD: How's Prof Layton? I hear it's good, but do you think someone who hates puzzle games like me would enjoy it?

JustPlainLucas: Thanks, I am.

LuigiRulze: Hellz yeah.

VelociBlade: Only if you've never played the first two games, or if you're a Metroid fanboy such as myself.

tprezzy12: What are you and Matt waiting for? Go get it.

mprezzy: Sure, but said casuals can still buy your game for Christmas if you release it in the summer, can't they?

Setsuka13: Yeh, it's pretty cool.

SquareEnixFan13: Hey, you're right. Gamer_4_Fun: Yeah, it was great. Have fun with it.

Sir_Demii: Are those even out in the Netherlands? And lucky you, I wish I was still on vacation.

Spartan-1775: Agreed. You can't improve a classic, anyway. They should just try to come up with new stuff.

Gamer4life: Good enough for me. Guess I'll get it.

Hmm, if you don't like puzzle games, then I can't really recommend it since it's mostly doing just that. But I'm not too big on puzzle games, and I'm loving it.

VelociBlade: Cool. Have fun.

DrAwesomeMD: I guess I'll borrow it from one of my friends first.
