Roughly two months ago, I was blown away by a song called "Holiday" by Green Day (Yeah, I know that I'm late to the party again). After hearing that song, for the first time in history, I actually listened to the WHOLE album after buying one. Needless to say, I loved many of them, including "American Idiot", "Wake me up when September ends", "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" etc. I just LOVE Billy Joel's voice. Anyone else who loves Green Day is free to post comments on my blog.
BTW, is Green Day British or American?
For the past few months, I've been reading posts and messages about how the PS2 is drawing it's last few breaths, which is probably true for the millions of gamers in the Us and Europe. But I think the PS2 has a lot more life left in it. Living proof of this can be found at Gamespot itself. If you go to the PS2 home page, you can still view the latest developments and top 10 games. But this is not true in the case of XBOX and GameCube.
My PS2 is barely a year old (I know, I was reaaallly late to the party) and I'm having a blast with it. I have had my breath taken away by games like God of War, Devil may Cry, Resident Evil 4, and the Prince of Persia series. But I have many games in my waiting list, which are difficult to come by coz they released so long ago or my luck is just bad. Some of them are POP: Sands of Time, Ominusha, Final Fantasy, Shadow of the Collosus, Tony Hawk Pro Skater series and many more.
So, many of you are mistaken. The PS2 won't be dead for atleast 2 more years. By the way, I live in India, so being able to buy a 360 or PS3 is out of the question, since many people aern't able to afford one. I have to think twice before even buying a Wii!
Anyway, I hope I've gotten my point accross.
