well, i dont expect everyone to know. But i DO expect all vampire-obsessed, Edward/Bella-loving fans to know.
That's right. It's the date of release for the third book in the "Twilight" series, ECLIPSE by Stephenie Meyer!
Now, I've read many many books in my life. I'm a huge bookworm. But this series really got my attention and is one of the best series I have ever read. I hate vampires. I hate anything that has to do with sci-fi for that matter... but I love this. Even if it is about vampires, its certainly not your typical cape-wearing, fang-bearing, sleeping-in-a-coffin, vampire. Its a realistic story, with not-so-realistic characters.
So read it. Twilight comes first. Then New Moon.
And now... its Eclipse. The one i've been waiting for ever since that day i finished New Moon (which just happened to be the day i STARTED it too)
August 7th.
Don't understand my obsession?
Well, I dont understand peoples' obsessions with Harry Potter and Star Wars...
I guess some things arebest unanswered.

but they're thick books... so its kinda hard to just jump right into it.
Yeah, me either. I've seen all of the harry potter movies too, but only because one of my little sisters loves them and i take them to see them. but i dont understand it... its just two hours of british accents and confusing characters to me.
i guess its just unexplainable.
I don't mind the Harry Potter movies and I can see why little kids love them but I've only ever liked them a little. They seem highly overrated and I don't get why people are so obsessed. They're just okay to me. You know one obsession that I do understand though, Lord of the Rings. I resisted for so long, I put off watching the movies for years because I thought it was going to be a Harry Potter-like situation and I'd be wasting 9 hours of my life. But after I saw the first one I was practicly in love, and not just with Aragorn.

I don't understand people's obsessions with Stars Wars or Harry Potter either, though I must admit I have seen all the HP movies and thought they were all mildly decent. But I suppose that's the whole point we all have our things and they're not for others to understand, there for us to enjoy.
