Well after watching the new shows listed in the previous blog it is safe to say that I have narrowed it down to the select few, that I believe, that will be a success, a hit, and those who will get canceled very shortly, a miss or flop. So, think of this like a result show and I get to be Simon for a day.

The outcomes are as followed, with either Hit or Miss and rating (out of 10).

(I will update this blog as they premiere)

Flash Forward - I had a vision to and I see great things about this show - great storyline, cast, and concept - 9 out of 10 - Hit
Trauma -
Mercy
- Didn't have much interest toward this show before it aired but now it is certain - for the dramatic concept it hits the mark but other than that not to much else - 6 / 10 - miss
The Forgotten – A little bit slow for a pilot but a pretty good show overall, great cast – Christian Slater all the way. 8.9 / 10 - slow but overall entertaining - Review added for this show
Community – All I have to say is that if it wasn't for the cast then I wouldn't give this show another chance. 7.9 / 10 - posted a review so check it out.
Modern Family – I think is show is the best comedy show that I have seen in a long time, a bit slow in the beginning with the intros but after that it picks up - very funny. 8.5 / 10 - Hit - Review posted

(Reviews for these shows are on their way) -

Other Misses so far
-Eastwick
-Brothers
-Hank
-The Middle

If you feel that I am either right or wrong then let me know, and as always this is my opinion and only effects what I watch or record to my DVR. Take Care and Happy Viewing.

There is something about this time of year that just gets me so worked up and excited and like many avid TV watchers I even start to drool. Every Fall we get a handful of new shows that make their way onto our favorite lineups, along with a whole bunch of returning favorites premiering for a brand new season, and just hoping that they wind up my either "must DVR list" or "must Watch now" lists. I am one that gives every new show the benefit of the doubt and give it one or two episodes to see if it is going to be a hit or a flop, and wide up in the canceled show graveyard, and this year is no different.

Sure returning shows are a staple on my DVR like: Heroes, Sons of Anarchy, Law / Order SVU, and Fringe just to name a few, but now I have added new shows such as: the forgotten(ABC Sept 22nd), Mercy(NBC Sept 23rd), Flash Forward(ABC Sept 24th), Trauma( NBC Sept 28th), Community(Fox Sept 17th) and a whole lot more to the list. Now if these new shows have what it takes to stay on the list it is anyone guess but watching and reviewing them is part of the fun, think of all this like my 2nd Christmas but without the annoying relatives.

So over the next few weeks I will be updating a lot of information on this site, mostly reviews and forum posts for these new shows and for returning ones, as well as maintaining my guides of which I am editor for, the complete list of those shows is located in my profile.

Also the question that is probably on your mind as you read this is "Nope, I don't have much of a social life outside this site, work, and school - but hey at least I am not the only one."

So if you are excited about a premiere of one of these shows or one that I haven't placed on the list, there are around 10 new shows making their premier, let me know and discuss them below.

Take Care and happy viewing.

Get ready for it everyone this is where I take 4 smaller blogs and put them in one small blog. So lets get this started

First Off: Happy Belated Mothers day to you and yours, I would of sent a card but I had my own mom to deal with - and trust me she isn't cheap

Movie Time: A couple days ago I went to see Xmen Origins: Wolverine and overall it was a pretty good movie, a bit preachy at time but the action scenes truly made up for it. This movie followed the origin pretty well. Ah Sibling rivalry its a joy to see. B+

DVD Time: Over the weekend I picked up the movie Wrestler and again pretty imprest, bit slow and long but a very good movie - definitly not a kids movie.

Star Trek Time: Like many of you out thier I am a partial star trekky and I can't wait to see this movie - Sylar from Heroes is a nice tough to the film as well.

Also, Leonard Nimoy, the original spock, will be a guest star on the Fox Show Fringe-playing William Bell, which airs tomorrow night 5/12/09.

The End

Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium
I didn't know what to think of this movie when I first sat down to watch it, having heard mixed reviews about it, but after watching it I am glad that I did. The concept is about a magic toystore, its magic owner, a overworked no fun...

I’m not going to state that this movie was a flawless or perfect movie but it did have great visuals/special effects, a deep storyline both romantic and action packed, a wide array of characters, and just the whole concept is why I wanted...
