Had a bad experience with them. The hub in New York refused to ship out my order because there were too many of them, so they flat out refused to ship them. I got my order late!

Dude that sucks, I know I ordered Guildwars Nightfall Collectors Edition a couple of summers back and when I got it the box was all bent to hell and the game case was cracked.

Aww... that's a shame... Our postal service doesn't destory things more as they constantly put things in the wrong mail slots all t he time.

I have had presents and a few things ruined - never had any problems with DHL, Danzas, Fed-ex, etc.
always get my computer parts sent by a non postal service company.

Tht sucks, I never had that problem when getting stuff from the mail, usually I get either UPS or USPS.

Oh my goodness really? That's crazy ... Is there a way you can complain to them about that? I don't know, knowing them they'll just say it's the shipper's fault since it didn't say "fragile" or contain insurance or something ...

Man, what a rip off! Once I made an order for a Playstation memory card and Streets of Rage 2 for the Sega Genesis and what I got was a memory card for Nintendo 64 and a verision of SoR that I wouldn't even fit in my Genesis.
