GAMES: GameSpot GameFAQs MOVIES: Metacritic Movietome Comic-Con

Unless I hear from GameSpot that the Jeff Gerstmann firing is false, I am going to assume it is true. No more GameSpot for me. I am actually a Netratings household so I probably represent about 10,000 household not viewing GameSpot. No more CNET either. No more Edios either. Gotta stand up for something.

I think it has been said better by other people so I will not go on about it.

I am sitting on an entertaining and funny Soapbox entry about the PSP. Does anybody know of another site where it would be read and welcome?

Go to GameTrailer.com or IGN. I am leaving too and looking at all these different game sites now. This situation really pisses me off too.

I don't think you should leave, but if you really think you should, I'd go with IGN.

I'm not sure if I want to leave, but this is absolutely the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Firing a guy because the game had a lotta hype and it didn't live up to it and he gave it the score it deserved. (If I understand the story correctly) I might leave,

HONEST REVIEWS ONLY

Cnet has got to sort this problem out and make a public statement to confirm or deny these rumors. If this was the case and Jeff was sacked because of publisher pressure then I'm afraid I will also will be looking elsewhere which will mean also that I will also not use Downloads.com and all other Cnet sites as I desire honest opinion with out the reviewer being fearful for his/her job. It will also mean that I will not be purchasing any Edios Interactive software although this isn't really a problem as they haven't really published any decent games for a long time except perhaps Lego Star Wars. I also think everyone should veto Eidos and Cnet if this really is the case.

FREE THE HONEST REVIWER!
