Well, I noticed if you contribute stuff to shows & other parts of the site it helps raise up your level.

I do contributions...but it takes a long time until they accept that.

I know! It bugs me that it takes so long but hey it eventually catches up with you.

I do two contributions per time...It's enough...
My level completion have raised at least it's now 61%

Well, the only reason I did so many is because I was bored and really wanted to jump me level. But they still haven't been accepted/rejected so it didn't really make a difference.
Usually I do them one at a time though.
