It's been a while guys, but I have finally decided to start making blog posts on here again. I haven't really managed to get on Gamespot or actually play games that much at all lately because I have been so busy, but I am starting to get more free time again which obviously means more time spent gaming. I managed to get myself a Nintendo DSi recently, and I am loving it so far. It's great for long car journeys or even just to play at home.

Anyway, I thought I would make a quick blog post filling you in on what I am playing at the moment...

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Playstation 3:

Wheelman - I bought this game a few days ago because I had always been interested in it, but I wanted to wait until I could get it a bit cheaper seeing as I didn't think it was worth paying full price for. I've only played it for about two hours so, and it seems pretty good so far, but I could see it becoming repetitive after a while.

Killzone 2 - I actually got this game on release day, but I have never got round to completing it due to a lack of free time lately. I think I only have two or three missions to go, so I am just working on finishing it up just now.

Call Of Duty - World At War - I loved Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare's online play, but I had never really managed to get into Call Of Duty: World At War's online. So I have started playing it a bit again, and I seem to be enjoying it more this time round.

XBOX 360:

The Godfather II: I am a pretty big fan of The Godfather films, so I decided to pick this up regardless of what review scores it got. I am pretty far through it now, and in my opinion, it's a very fun and enjoyable game. Most reviewers don't seem to agree, but I think it's a great game and it is quite lengthy too.

Dead Space - I got this a few days ago as well, so I haven't played much of it at all. It seems really good so far though, and I think I am going to really enjoy it.

Halo 3 - Yes, I am still playing this online... I have always loved Halo 3's online play, and it just never seems to get old to me so I still think it's a blast to play.

Nintendo DSi:

Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars - The only word I can think of to describe this game is incredible. Rockstar have managed to fit pretty much the whole of Liberty City onto a DS cart, while still managing to make this a very enjoyable game. If you have ever enjoyed a Grand Theft Auto game, you will feel right at home playing this.

Pokemon Platinum - I don't care if people think these games or for kids, because I still think that the Pokemon games are some of the best RPG's ever and I still love playing them now. Pokemon Platinum isn't really much of a step up from previous games, but it's still great fun.

Skate It - I am a huge fan of the Skate games, so I decided to purchase Skate It for my new DSi. It doesn't compare to the console versions of Skate, but it is still the best skating game that I have played on a handheld and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoyed the Skate games on consoles.

Thanks for reading guys, I will be posting blog posts far more regulary now so please check back every now and again.

Ok, I am in the New XBOX Experience Preview, and I can now say for sure that all my doubts are gone and I love the new update. I didn't like the look of it first, but it has grown on me and I really like the new dashboard, and I love the mini dashboard that you get when you press the Guide button on your controller. Installing games to the hard drive works great too, and I think that the Avatars are going to be pretty fun to mess about with too.

So yeh, just wanted to say, forget what I said in my last blog post, I can't wait for the release of the NXE now.

Ok, don't get me wrong, I think that all the new features that it brings are great, like installing games to the hard drive and things like that, but I don't really like the idea of the avatars and I'm not liking the look of the new dashboard at all.

I love the blades, best menu system out of all three next gen consoles, if you ask me. It just annoys me that we will not have the option to keep using the regular blades with the new features.

Am I the only person who feels this way?

Some people just don't have opinions. Like Flam3Thr0w3r.
Flam3Thr0w3r must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could Flam3Thr0w3r possibly have for not rating a single film?
