I know of Annabeth from her role role as Agent Reyes on the X-Files. I don't care for the character. I thought that both Doggett and Reyes were pretty poorly concieved characters that were tacked on to a show that was already coming apart at the seams even before they showed up and were mainly there just to fill screen time until it was cancelled.
But as insincere as Chris Carter was in creating the character I always thought that Annabeth was very sincere in her performance. She really did seem to care( which in a way was sort of gut-wrenching considering the material that she, Patrick, and Anderson had to work with that final season). She isn't as talented as Gillian Anderson of course but that's ok( she could have been as talented as Jodie Foster and that character still wouldn't have worked in my view). But like I say in my classification: she's an above average actress and I wish her only the best.
