So I haven't updated my Giant Bomb blog in a while so I figured why not make a quick post. I have not been playing any new games recently and I am getting pretty bored with all of my current games. However me and my buddy have been playing some
Grand Theft Auto 4 and doing some crazy stuff in the free roam mode. Let me just say helicopters versus motorcycles is some great fun, but aside from that nothing new has entered my Xbox 360's disc tray.
Well to be fair I did start a new game in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and I did play some Left 4 Dead. I played Left 4 Dead with some dudes from Giant Bomb and my podcast partner in crime Brendan (aka BDog). We had some fun playing through No Mercy on expert which actually went pretty well. It is amazing how easy expert can be when you are not playing with idiots who end up getting everyone killed. One scenario down, three to go.
A new release that I am somewhat skeptical of picking up it Lord of the Rings Conquest. Being a huge Lord of the Rings nut I feel compelled to pick it up. I thought the demo was alright and I love the Star Wars Battlefront games, but I have heard some pretty mixed and harsh reactions to the game. My friend bought it and said it was okay if he had some people to play with, so I may buy it and mess around with the co-op and online with him. If anyone reading this has played it lemme know your thoughts on the game.
I would like to take to dedicate part of this blog to plugging my podcast. If you check out my about me section, I have added an embed player where you can listen to our shows from podbean.com, but you can also find us on iTunes by searching, The Button Mashers. There are only two episodes right now, but there were more under our old podcast account. I am not going to get into too much detail here, but we had a small falling out with the old host and myself and the rest of the crew decided to continue on with our own podcast.
Well I guess that is it for this blog. I am most likely going to pick up Lord of the Rings Conquest tomorrow sometime and I am going to try and write up a review sometime soon. One more quick little plug, we may be recording a new podcast tomorrow night, but we are not positive as some of us are busy, but we have been getting some questions from people and if anyone would like to have us answer a question just post it in the comments below or send me a message.

Hey everyone, I have returned to Gamespot after many months of being inactive. I plan to be making more in depth and longer blogs than the ones I had previously did in the past. I also deleted all of my past blogs (a little over 100) and I am going to start fresh. More coming soon
