Now that Dissidia is done (but not dusted), I've begun Scribblenauts, and have so far done 110 of the levels so far! I've only got stuck on one, which I've left for now (how do I press a switch that's on the ceiling in an enclosed room? It'll be blatantly obvious, but it's lost me), but otherwise I've had a blast There is a great sense of satisfaction knowing that you've finished a level down to your own imagination, especially when the route you've taken doesn't seem like an immediately obvious answer.

For example, some of my favourites so far include using a termite to break through wood, a ghost to scare off a bully, a gold bar to distract a leprechaun and a clone to distract a Kraken. Good stuff. Doesn't seem that difficult yet (other than my one, aforementioned blip), but maybe that's because I have a mostly good imagination... Just starting on the 6th set of levels, but I've unlocked everything bar the 9th set.

Hoping to start FFII Anniversary edition after Scribblenauts, but with my week off coming up I'll probably just play Magna Carta 2, and try and finish it before Dragon Age is out.

Elsewhere, I picked up Cross Edge for 15 quid. Don't have a PS3 yet, but hey! Might even order Agarest in preparation, too! A supermarket chain near us is doing a PS3 slim for 217 if you buy a chart game, that bags Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, then! Now I just have to wait 8 weeks 'til Christmas. Honestly, I'm 26, but I still have that childish excitement for the last 8 days of the year

I might check out Cross Edge, although I've heard that it's pretty poor. I haven't seen it in the shops, so it may not be out here yet.

Scribblenauts sounds like it's a good game. I want to try out Magna Carta 2. It seems to be getting mixed reviews.

Along with Dissidia, Scribblenauts just wasn't for me as well. I'm sad that I'm not enjoying all these titles that others find great joy in. ):

Enjoy your upcoming week off! Yeh I wonder how long it'll take you to be done with Magna Carta 2.

@ ShadowLaguna - I've heard some bad reviews from many sites, including the RPG sites, but when the game has been reviewed by diehard JRPG enthusiasts, and especially ones who've played many Nippon Ichi, Gust, and Idea Factory games, they've been very happy with it. With that in mind I thought I'd try it out myself

@ majadamus - It IS a good game, a great one, even. And the other thing, I've not had any issues with the controls either
