Nachtfalter: How bad was it in your area?

I haven't heard of anyone being badly hurt in my part of England, anyway. For those travelling, a lot of trains and planes were cancelled. The only effect on me was that I was kept awake in the night! Then yesterday I was driving (slowly) along a country lane and found what was left of a fallen tree in the road, but someone had already cleared the trunk away. Some bits came off my trees, and a church a few miles away was badly damaged, so I mustn't grumble.

In the rest of the UK, the number killed is reported as eleven, which I think is the same as Germany?
