Thank you Ethan, that's very kind of you! Love the images (no surprise there, I guess). You even included Avon, how thoughtful.
And yes, Cally is great.
Nice picture of a Nachtfalter, by the way.

Hi, Ector. You're right, of course, Cally is just so... Hi, Nachtfalter. I'm happy you recognized yourself so easily! And of course the pictures of Avon were specially for you.

I don't watch Blake's 7, I keep meaning to look for it on DVD I hear it's good, but I really liked that moth pic. I take that is a Nachtfalter.

Hi, gmvail23. Sure, the whole of Blake's 7 (52 episodes) is out on DVD, try eBay.
Nachtfalter is a moth. Not literally, of course!

Ethan: I'm happy you recognized yourself so easily!
Wasn't that difficult.
Actually, Nachtfalters aren't moths in biological terms, they belong to the (nocturnal) butterflies (Lepidoptera).
Ah, love to be a know-it-all
Wasn't that difficult.

I may just have to try eBay. I'm sure I'll like it but I'm funny about buying stuff I haven't seen yet.
I'm aware of the fact that I'm crazy, it's the so-called normal people who scare me.
Nacht~ everyone loves a know-it-all.

Hi, gmvail23! Maybe you could try just the Series 1 DVD set, Nachtfalter and I promise you would like it.
Hi, Nachtfalter! I'm really glad you aren't a moth, except that now I can never hope to find you in my wardrobe eating my favourite jumpers...

Yup she told me I will like it. I've heard good thing about the show from others as well. Christmas money can help support my DVD habit.

Ethan:
Jumpers aren't exactly my preferred kind of food.
Do you know if there is an English translation for Nachtfalter? I couldn't find one. We use it here as kind of a synonym for a person who is mostly active at night (also Nachtschwaermer). I would say the closest term would be night owl, but i'm not sure.
GM: I would give you my copies, but you are too far away.
Maybe I send them with the rain delivery.
The BBC should actually pay me for recruiting all the new B7 viewers.

Nachtfalter: Jumpers aren't exactly my preferred kind of food.
They say kangaroo can be good, read about it here - Ochef.
Do you know if there is an English translation for Nachtfalter? Sorry, I couldn't find one.
I've tried my dictionary, for 'Nachtfalter' it offers only 'moth', but it gives five translations of 'moth' - Motte, Kleidermotte, Nachtfalter, Spinner, Eule. 'Motte' comes out as 'moth', 'Spinner' as 'bombycid, genus Bombyx', 'Eule' as 'type of moth' (and 'owl', of course). We have lost more words than you, try Butterfly Etymology.

That's the best one I can think of! See The Nocturnal Society.

That's a good way to look at it. And the quality will remain long after the price is forgotten!

Thanks for your help, that's exactly what I've read too. So night owl it is then.
Ethan: See The Nocturnal Society.
Interesting link. I'll visit this site in my break later, thanks.

I know what you mean, I spent too much for my Farscape DVD's but they were so worth it.

Absolutely right you are, GM!
