Since my 360 broke a few days ago I actually have time to think about one of the biggest games of this year. Modern Warfare 2. Now before everyone goes all giddy for the game I just want to point out that I think the MP for this game top knotch. Hands down the best MP experience I have had since playing Uncharted 2 MP. With that said I do beleive that the Single Player Mode is probably the worst Single Player experience I have ever had.

This guy pretty much sums up what I been trying to figure out about this game. I don't understand how Infinity Ward was able to drop the ball on the story especially when they only had 5 hours to work with. Compared to the first game this game single players feels more like stages than a campaign.
I haven't bought a game for this POS system since i fixed it a year ago. All i have been doing is renting games for it in fear of it breaking again. So i finally decide to buy my first game for the system which was Modern Warfare 2. Single player Campaign sucks and all over the place. MP is where the money is at but anyway that's for another day.
So I decide to play to play the MP after not playing it for about 3 days and what happens? My 360 decides to crap out on me giving 2 RED RINGS which means it has overheated. So i turn it off a wait till the next day to play it. Nope still doing it. Which means this system is dead. I know i should be grateful that it lasted this long but this will be my fourth time this console broke on me. It really goes to show you how shoddy the Xbox 360 is.
So to everyone out there don't buy an xbox 360. Buy a PC or PS3 or something other than the 360 because it is guaranteed to break on you. No matter what Chip set you have or when you buy it. It will break.
Activision you must be trying real hard to make everyone not buy your game. Its even a bigger shame that IW is just rolling over and taking it like that hence why you guys take it out on the PC. Didn't PC gamers buy Call of Duty 4 happily? Didn't the PC community embrace your game
"We're of course watching this very carefully and paying attention it it, but we're not overly concerned about it," said Activision Publishing head Michael Griffith. "One of the problems of our PC [versions] on this title in the past is that it has not been as friendly a consumer experience in terms of matchmaking and online play as the consoles have allowed it to be. Our solution here improves that consumer experience overall by a significant margin, so we we think the benefits that we will see are gonna far outweigh any negatives that seem to be surfacing."
All I got to say is hAHAHAHAHAHAH. Its really not funny if they really think that this is what the MAJORITY want. Thats why the game is going to get pirated to no end. Yeah I know the game was getting pirated anyway but PC gamers don't like getting screwed on especially when its this obvious.
Activision must think the PC gamers are just as gullable as console gamers. Watch when the PC version sales come up.
