Super Mario 64 was one of my favorite games ever, and with Galaxy out on the Wii and Brawl on the way, I've made up my mind to buy a Wii. First I'll have to save up for it though. It's times like this I really wish I had a reliable source of income . Christmas is only about a month away, I'll probably get a big boost from that. Still, it's going to be a while before I can raise $250+.

Side note: I finished The Hobbit, and it was great . I'll be picking up The Fellowship of the Ring in just a few days.

Have fun saving up. But IMO i must prefer a PS3 over the Wii.

Well along with SMB and SSBB, may I suggest Sonic and the Secret Rings, Super Paper Mario, Metroid Prime 3, Twighlight Princess (if you didn't play the GC version), Mario and Sonic at the Olympics, Mario Strikers, Zack and Wiki and Rayman Raving Rabbids? Hopefully some of these will start coming down in price as they've been out a while making it easier for you.

I've got $60 in my wallet as of right now, so it looks like I'm almost a quarter of the way there.

kbaily, I do also plan to get most of those games you mentioned. The reason I picked out Galaxy and Brawl is that those two are the ones I'm looking forward to the most.

I highly recommend Trauma Center, it was possibly the one game I did not expect to be good, but right now it is in my top 3 favorite Wii games... Twiglight Princess, Galaxy and Trauma Center my fav Wii games, Metroid is fourth... Excite Truck is fun only have a lot of people who you can play with and same for Raving Rabbids and WarioWare... don't even look at Red Steel even if it has a multiplayer, it's garbage.

Well, you have a long way to go before you get there. But when you get there, you are going to be happy.

Trauma Center is not a game that I plan on buying, but only because it looks like the kind of game where the difficulty would frustrate me instead of challenge me.

I've played TP on Gamecube and Metoid Prime 3 is definitely on my wish list; I'm still unsure of Excite Truck, and Mini-game collections like Wario Ware tend to bore me. Thanks for the suggestions, I think I'll put more thought into the games once I actually own a Wii.

I get the Wii for the same reason.
The Mario 64 is one of my favorite games too XD

It was aslo my first 3-D game, and I think that may have something to do with why I favor it so much.
