COD 2, hardest game I ever played yet?

Will the best third-person game be Resident Evil 4 or Gears of War? I say it have to be Gears of War because of it's intensity and multiplaying that makes the damn game so fun. Gears of War to me... What is your favorite RPG?
Mine has to be Oblivion, because is rocks and has the greatest gameplay a RPG can have. The graphics on it is just awesome, and is just simply amazing and you will droll all over your Xbox 360...
