I've got to say that Gorillaz is one of my favorite bands out there, if not my top choice. They may not have the best voices or be beautiful (like Beyoncé for example), but they have MAJOR talent and creativity and use these skills to maintain a consistant high quality of music and animation.

I'll try to not make this into a history lesson, but basically the band came about from the ideas of Damon and Jaime, a band member and the creator of a cartoon. After a few years, and with the help of a lot of other people, the band Gorillaz was formed. The creators of the band made up histories for the band's cartoon characters, who were featured in the band's music videos. Gorillaz became a huge hit since the release of their first single and have become more and more well-known and respected since.

I love the idea of a cartoon band, it's so different. It's fun to see the cartoons in the videos. I also like how the band members want to keep low profiles - they don't want all the glory of celebrities; they're content hiding behind cartoons and staying in the shadows. Yet they're still very successful and I'm sure they've made a lot of money from their Gorillaz project.

The music of Gorillaz, the most important aspect since they're a band, is a type all its own. Many of the songs contain vocals from guest artists, adding variety to their CD's. Their songs contain some odd lyrics and beats, but the overall effect is entrancing. I'll admit some of the videos are a bit too weird, but they're still entertaining and make me enjoy the songs even more, unlike some music videos. Maybe it's just because Gorillaz are cartoons, who knows. All I know is that when I hear a Gorillaz song I have to sing along. Gorillaz have made music that I will always enjoy and don't see myself ever getting tired of. Forming their own style and achieving global fame with much less help than a normal singer/band, the creators of Gorillaz should be considered creative masters.

Some people say Beyoncé is arrogant and likes to take control of everything. Yeah not true. Her dad more than anyone pushed her towards being in the spotlight, and she damn well deserves it. She's the main reason why Destiny's Child became so popular. She's most definitely a very very talented woman. She has been working at singing since she was 6 or 7 I believe, and her hard work has paid off.
Beyoncé has a beautiful voice, a shining personality, a good worth ethic, and a drop-dead-sexy body. She has everything going for her and I'm glad she has been so successful. Ever since Destiny's Child's first album (self-titled), Beyoncé has proven over and over how talented she is. Kelly Rowland and her have become wonderful friends throughout the years (and yes Kelly is a very talented woman also), and more recently she has also become good friends with Michelle Williams.
Yes, there were many problems with Destiny's child in the past with the parting of group members LaToya and LaTavia and later Farrah. But there were good reasons for those departures. The group Destiny's Child, although it is going to break up soon, has become an iconic group in our society. The group has many well-known songs, many of which were written by Beyoncé herself. All four albums released by Destiny's child have been major sucesses (Destiny's Child, The Writings on the Wall, Survivor, Destiny Fulfilled). Beyoncé was the driving force in the success of these albums.
Beyoncé's solo album was also a huge success. Her album sales surpassed those of Kelly and Michelle, again proving that she is the most talented (nothing against Kelly or Michelle). Not to mention that her music videos are all extremely HOT. Beyoncé's acting experiences are another facet of her talents that she has explored. I will admit that she was horrible in Austin Powers: Gold Member. She can't be perfect at everything. But I think she was wonderful in Carmen, a Hip Hopera.
Beyoncé looks beautiful in any type of outfit, makes everything she does a success, never gives up, has stunning beauty, and has talent that surpasses that of almost any other celebrity of today.

Wow. He's my idol. I wish I had met him when he was still alive. I haven't seen a single movie, TV show, etc. in which he does a subpar acting job. Of course he's been in bad movies, but he just makes them less bad. Most of his roles were that of someone either evil or mysterious. He was in over 100 movies, and was a very dedicated actor unlike actors nowadays. His presence was huge; he could scare anyone with his voice and intonations, not to mention his eerie laugh. Some examples of his most excellent work: "The Last Man on Earth," "The House on Haunted Hill," and "Scooby Doo and the 13 Ghosts." Vincent Price has most definitely made movies and television more enjoyable media over the last countless decades and his work will hopefully be appreciated for many years to come.
