Yeah I realize I haven't been very consistent with my blogging. My bad. I'm not sure anyone really reads them anyway, but I'll just pretend. I was inspired to blog again after last week's episodes of SVU and ER. They just left me feeling so... nostalgic. Hence the entry title

First off, Cabot was back on SVU, which was freaking fantastic. I didn't actually watch SVU when Cabot was on, but it felt nostalgic all the same. She's just as awesome as I remember, maybe even more so. Plus her wardrobe has much much improved since then, so that definitely helps. I was a bit upset that she had been out of witness protection for 3 years and hadn't bothered to stop by, but I can't stay mad, I just love her too much. I only hope we get to see her rip Greylek new one, that would totally make my year.

And as far as ER. Man, I've just been a wreak. ER and I go way, way back. I've been watching faithfully since the show first came on. I was about 3, probably too young to be watching, but my mom always covered my eyes for the bad parts. So I basically grew up with the show. Most of my happiest childhood memories involve my mom, sister, and I all watching ER together. We bonded and I well, bonded with the show. It sounds crazy, but the original cast felt like family. I can remember being really young and asking my mom to take me to County General when I was sick. I live in Chicago so it made sense to me lol. But so anyway, seeing Ross, Hathaway, and Benton on ER was phenominal. Ross was looking fine as ever! And Carter and Benton were so funny together. I only wish they could have been back at County like the good old days. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with myself when the show actually ends. It's stupid, but it feels like my childhood is ending with it. Well, technically it is. I'm graduating in just a few short months. Of course I'm happy, but I'm just not sure if I'm ready to grow up.

Both shows are great. I was slightly disappointed with SVU, until Alex walked on! Loved ER George should never have left the show.

I know! I mean obviously he's much more successful now, but he totally rocked as Dr. Ross!

I honestly haven't kept up with SVU as religiously as I've done with the previous seasons, especially because I don't have a TV in my dorm. Then alex cabot came back and changed everything! haha. I have yet to watch last night's episode though...And oh man I just watched the ER episode with Ross, Carol and Benton, and boy did that make me feel so warm and fuzzy inside...... *sigh* I miss old ER... OH yea, did you watched House the other day? House + Kitty = ADORABLE x10000!

Yeah I saw House. I actually obsess more over House than SVU lately. I never pictured House with a pet, well other than Steve McQueen, but he was really cute with the cat. I wish he would have kept it.

omg me too! Idk if you feel the same way, but House has been so much more satisfying lately than SVU has...I never knew how addicting it could be!

Oh I completely agree. I think unfortunately SVU has run its course. House still has a lot of room to grow.
