Out of curiosity I just skimmed through the New Releases for the month of November. Frankly, it's a little bit crazy, at least if your principal or only console is the 360. Guitar Hero III this week, Scene It? next week, Assassin's Creed the week following, and then... wait for it...Mass Effect. That final week, when Mass Effect arrives, brings the expansion for Phantasy Star Universe to the XBLM, as well.

And yes, you read rightly, I'm excited about Scene It. In the midst of triple A, top shelf titles like Assassin's Creed and Mass Effect, here I am looking forward to a boardgame port. But it's social and fun, and focused on movie trivia, so really, how could I not be excited?

I'll have a couple of weeks of living alone in December -- the girlfriend has to travel. So, for now at least, I plan to hold off on playing Mass Effect. Something fun to do and something to look forward to. Of course I'll still pick it up on release day -- I pre-ordered the thing, after all. With everything else there is to play, though, and with new content for the online mode in PSU, holding off playing Mass Effect won't be tough. I don't think.

So what are you playing in November?

November...well this week right as the month starts I want to get Naruto: Rise of a Ninja. Then right after this week its CoD4. On Nov. 13 I of course want Assassin's Creed. And for the Thanksgiving week, I will get Mass Effect...This month might suck.

Well at the minute I'm playing Terranigma (SNES), Super Metroid (Wii VC) and Persona 3 (PS2) when I'm not indulging my GS addiction.

Ah, the holiday slam of new titles. Guaranteed to keep you broke through February. I've got my eye on several titles as well, but I really think it's time to settle down and finish a few before I move on to more. The only things I have on reserve right now are Silent Hill Origins and Rayman: Raving Rabbids 2 (for my girlfriend). Other than that, I'm not sure I can handle looking at the list of games for the rest of the year. Currently I'm working on Dementium and Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles. I think I'll begin Zelda: Phantom Hourglass once I'm done with Dementium. It's a toss-up between several RPGs that I'd like to start after Castlevania. And of course, I'll be playing Puzzle Quest between whatever titles Im working on. Other than that, the 360 is in storage in Florida and I won't get to see it until late next month (my girlfriend has it at the moment) along with the PS2, and my Gamecube is in storage as well, but it's here in NC with me. Too bad I don't have a TV to hook it up to right now. Living in my friend's spare room is starting to get to me...I need to get a place I can call my own. Until then, it's all handhelds! But don't think I'm complaining...I've got over 100 handheld titles to choose from and haven't finished but about 10% of them! No lack of things to do here...
