damn, i haven't been on here forever, well heres the update. around christmas time my xbox 360 console died. I had gotten 3 or 4 new games for it as well. I was mad, then in January I was at a house party and of course.. i'm underage.. I ended up getting wasted off of Crown Royal and i smoked a lot of marijuana. My judgement was effected. My 2 friends and I thought it would be fun to "borrow" a car. so we ended up taking this car and we went to the highway, I was driving, I swear that at one point we hit speeds of 165KM/h. The police got behind us and they were telling us to pull the car over. this was at about 3am in the morning and we were wasted and I was swerving all over the road. The cops ended up doing a P-I-T manuver on us and i lost control. we rolled off the road into the median and then into the oncoming lane. we then got hit by a car and we slid into the median on our roof. I suffered a broken hand, a broken arm, my leg was broken in 3 PLACES. my one friend broke his leg in 5 PLACES and his arm was actually twisted in the wrong direction(where his elbow is, its like his elbow was on the otherside of his arm OUCH*) and my other friend was so messed up that he was Comatose for a month. I now have 2 charges of theft, 1 charge of Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, 2 charges of Reckless Driving, 2 charges of Driving Under the Influence, 5 charges of possession for marijuana, 1 charge of Driving Without a License, 3 charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and last but not least, 2 charges of Resisting Arrest. If I am convicted of all charges I could face 6 years in prison(I'm 15 which means i'm in a detention center until i'm 18 so i might have to serve 3 years in a "Big Dog Prison" after that), 2000 Hours of Community Service and 5 years Probation OR I can take a plea deal. If I confess I can go to a detention center until i'm 18(only 3 years), I have to complete 2500 hours of Community Service and I will be on Probation for 6 years. I'm still hoping one of my friends take the fall for me. It's my 3rd offense so i'm lucky I'm not in The US of A. This is the stupidest mistake i've made in my life, right now all i'm doing is smoking marijuana and I don't drink that often or to the extent that I used to. That is what has occured in my absence. some stupid stuff.

YAY!!!! I got GTA 4 and I am damn proud of it. the thing that is really dumb is that at the end of May I HAVE TO GET A NEW XBOX LIVE SUBSCRIPTION!:O NO! but yes, I really do and hopefully... I should only be Live-less for about a week. YAY. oh yeah if you wanna play GTA 4 online with me hook up and invite.
