I personally enjoy hiking, it's nice being in the great out doors and learning how powerless you are to exist on your own. Ji-Ta-Shzen is a Japanese phrase describing this. "ji" meaning yourself, "ta" meaning others, and "shzen" meaning nature. In other words, your existence is thanks to the world, and the people around you (family and such), if you lack even one of it, you can't exist. So, all this "looking inside yourself" stuff that new-age so-called "spiritual healers" say mean nothing, the answer does not lie within you, but rather outside of the individual. Edit: The world is actually S h i z e n, but GS won't let me post a word that has "s", "h", and "i" next to eachother..... stupid GS...

And lol @ your clumsy story - I once was at a theme park and managed to get stuck in one of those three-pronged turnstile thingys (you know the one you need to push round, designed to slow down the queue, etc). I somehow managed to push it too early and wound up standing with one leg either side of it and had to sort of 'hop' over. My friends and the guys working the ride were absolutely peeing themselves laughing
