Brad Bird is one of the most talented storytellers working in Hollywood today. His follow up to the Iron Giant proves that not only is he the master of the modern Animated Feature Film but modern day storytelling. The Incredibles is one of those animated films that prove animation is not a genre but an art form that can be used to tell any type of story whether its about giant robots or superheroes. The Incredibles is the most entertaining CG animated film I have ever seen and It is just as much fun every time I see it. The animation is beautiful and as other films like the amazing Ratatouille have come out recently, the Incredibles still looks good, as the water and the clothing and the humans look great still today. The action scenes are spectacular (The chase scene with Dash is one of the most thrilling action scenes ever in animation) The plot is complex and full of detail as it takes you an awesome world of superheroes. It's filled with great characters, a great villian and some very funny scenes. Its my personal favorite Pixar film and it will be remembered as a classic that can be enjoyed over and over again.

I saw this on the offical opening day. I heard from friends that saw the midnight showing that the movie was terrible, and was way too emotional. I didn't let that stop me from seeing it. I still loved Spiderman 3. If you hate this one, you probaly either dont like spiderman or you didnt like the other movies. Some people are complaining about venom not being in enough of it, but they can always bring him back in future installments, (someone other than Eddie Brock becomes Venom in the comics) I see this as more of an introduction to Venom and the icing on the cake of villans that were already in this film. So go see it, it has amazing special effects and enough action to hold you over. It is still the blockbuster we have been waiting for.
