A good villian is a hard thing to construct. A single character who needs to be able to hold their own against a group of heroes. On television right now there are very few really good villians. A villian needs to be powerful, menicing, and merciluss. Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender, Ben Linus from Lost, Sylar from Heroes, T-Bag from Prison Break, and Lex Luthor from Smallville are the best villians on TV right now.
