American Gangster
I thought this movie was very interesting. Based on a true story of Frank Lucas who int the late 60's and early 70's ran a huge drug business in New York by using his family members. This man had so many connections it's not even funny. His...

Zodiac
Probably one of the bes movies I've seen in a long time. It was accurate to the facts and very suspenseful. The makers went to great lengths to be authentic, including the very first shot of San Francisco, you can see the Embarcadero Highway...

Commandments
This movie has a great cast. A little bit of a strange storyline but it's entertaining. After losing his wife, Seth decides to break each one of the Ten Commandments. Worth seeing once.

Insomnia
First of all the fact that Al Pacino is in it makes it worth seeing. I thought it was a good movie, it didn't really blow me away wit the suspense but it had a good storyline and an excellent cast. It isn't the type of movie I'd watch over and...

Superman Returns
I wasn't sure about seeing this movie. I was not a huge fan of the Superman movies, but decided to give it a try. I was glad that I did. I thought it had some nice plot twists, Lois Lane with the son and having moved on with her life. It...

Ladder 49
This was an incredible movie honoring heroes who risk their lives for us. I really enjoyed how they told the story of Jack Morrison's life and career, as he's facing his own mortality in a fire. The casting was great. Joaquin Pheonix is...

Shrek
The first time I saw Shrek I watched it with my class because we were learning about the letter S, it had just come out on DVD and my kindergarten class wanted to watch it. I soon realized how clever the writers were. This is definitely one of...

E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial
Is there anyone out there who hasn't seen this movie several times. There is just something about this movie, you can't help but love it. The casting was great the story was entertaining. We really need more movies like this one.

Rocky Balboa
Finally closure for the Rocky series. I was really torn whether or not to see this movie. I always looked forward to the Rocky movies and usually saw them right away then Rocky V ruined it for me. I think Stallone also felt that way and so...

The Perfect Storm
I really enjoyed this movie. I love movies based on actual events. The acting was great, you were really drawn into what the people must have felt as everything was happening. The special effect during the storm were captivating. Great movie...

The Godfather: Part III
While it wasn't the best of the Godfather, it still was good and really should be seen by any Godfather fan. Great cast, and definitely worth the time.

Back to School
If you like Rodney Dangerfield you will love this movie. It had an interesting premise and Rodney Dangerfield made me laugh through the whole thing. I can't even count how many times I've watched this movie and I never get bored with it.

The Little Rascals
I was very happy with the way they did this film. Quite often when an old television show is remade into a movie, it doesn't live up to the original and is a waste of time. This movie was different, the cast was great and it was a typical Little...

The Pompatus of Love
This was an above average film. I really liked the way the characters interacted, and how the song Joker was tied into the story. It has an excellent cast and is well worth renting and checking it out.

The Godfather
This movie definitely has to go down as one of the best movies of all time. It had an incredible cast, looking back now it's hard to believe how many stars were in this movie. The story kept you on the edge of your seat, and when the movie ended...

The Rocky Horror Picture Show
Absolutely one of the worst films ever made, which actually makes it pretty funny when you add all the props in the theater. I really don't recommend watching the DVD, if you happen to find it playing at a theater, bring your newspaper, water...

I just recently watched this movie again after years. It's a good solid story of intrigue that will get you wrapped up. It has lots of twists and turns just like you would suspect from Hitchcock. If you haven't seen it you should definitely rent...

Rocky V
This was a terrible movie and I really don't know why they made it. I loved the whole Rocky series until this one. It makes me worry if the new one out in 2006 will be worth going to see or not.

Rocky
This movie is definitely a classic, and the best of the Rocky series. Sylvester Stallone did a great job creating and making us cheer for this underdog.

I was always a fan of One Life to Live, in 1978 Brynn Thayer took over the role of Jenny. This in my opinion has to be one of the most difficult thing for a performer, to take over from somebody else. It's very easy to be compared to the previous...

I don't think she's a great actress, she okay at best. Currently she's living on her very much older finace's name. I think that's the main interest in her is that she's engaged to Tom Cruise. I lost what little respect I had for her when she...
