Hello people this is darthkaiser, today's blog is dedicated to something that wii and nintendo system users like me (I'm not a nintendo fanboy btw) experience a lot thanks to that %$"%·& Friend Code System.
Connection Error
Let's start. Lastnight I was playing pokemon battle revolution on wifi, good night, good matches until I found one of those kids who use a 6 uber team, I didn't quit instead I accepted the challenge with my decent pokemon team, I was just about to kick his %"$ and then I get this message "The connection was lost". No big deal, it happens to the best of us, then I played some more matches and just before I give the final blow the other guy disconects. The other day I was playing mario kart on the ds, I trained hard during the mario kart ds hype era and I was really good but I was kinda rusty so I decided to try challenging wifi again, I won some races but just when I'm reaching first place in the last race the other guy disconnects, same with pokemon diamond on the ds, just when you're about to win the other person disconects.
Why do you disconect?!! Accept that you've lost and that's it you can't always win. If I lose I do it with honor (although you can't really see honor on wifi). I blame it mainly on the Friend Code system. I mean why do you need so much privacy just to play a game, adding those 12 digit number everytime you fight someone is stressing and you can't even chat becaus of privacy, take pokemon battle revolution for example, your pokemon nicknames, your quotes and everything are reset to default on wifi because of privacy, why? are you afraid of bad words? kids these days know more bad words than some adults I once battle some 9 year old kid here on Gamespot (yeah he broke the 13 age rule) and he had some really...interesting names in his pokemons let me say that the steelix was named Irondick....I mean seriously? 9 year olds! Oh and let's not talk about the rest the steelix was one of the nicest ones, when I was 9 years old I was still playing with action figures and pokemon games and....a nice kid...IMO if my mom had a gs account she would quote that last part and lol'd.
That's one of the things I hate about nintendo and some laggy wifi, people have no sense of honor, don't know if this happens on PS Network or XBL but on nintendo wifi connection this thing is our everyday bread.
Until Next Time!

P.S.
Leavers are pain in the arse.
Some games even have a forfeit option, but these guys just refuse to use it and turn off the system.
It doesn't help that the Wii still accepts a turn-off signal from the wii mote while on Wi-Fi.
Also a perfect example of this:

This was on the DS board tourney, and I experienced barely any lag for the earlier parts of the match. Some people can't take a loss.
