Well, Albion doesn't have a mall. It is getting a walmart and a Tim Hortons though. But my question, HOW do I ask her and HOW do I ask her out or something. She is shy, from a girls point of view, if she ignores someone when she is being made fun of for me liking her, is that good?

Speaking from the perspective of a girl . . . you have to Woo her. Do something that gets you noticed. Like giving her the necklace...that was good. But you don't have to buy her things. it's all about thoughfulness. Just try to be her friend first. That should work, unless she's uber shallow in which case give it up cause she's not worth it anyway.
