This was one heck of a funny film and is a must see if your into a crude sense of humor about American culture while he travels and goes through different experiences trying to learn it.

Borat, a Kazakhstani travels the USA to learn their culture and ends up seeing a pretty woman named Pamela on an episode of Baywatch and decides to travel to California to marry her (a pretty hopeless dream, eh?). He travels and meets interesting people along the way and continues to talk like Kazakhstani's do which in some cases people end up finding him very weird and some try to teach him the "American way" of talking to other Americans. The part were Borat stays at a place were he learns they are Jewish and Borat things they are out to kill him. Very funny, gotta check it out. Also, keep your childrens eyes away from this scene at all cost, because this gross-out "naked fight" between Borat and this very large man who was mast-- (I wish not to say the rest thank you very much as it's too graphic) on a magazine which has Pamela on it and Borat gets really mad and reveals to him that's the reason why they're traveling to California. In the fight, he sticks his (censored :P) in Borat's face and the run down the hallway and into an elevater full of people and abandons Borat. Borat continues his journey to marry Pamela and hitches a ride with a couple of kids who show Borat that Pamela is trying to find a date or something like that (wasn't paying attention, was too busy eating chips). Borat almost gives up but makes it to California and tries to marry Pamela: Kazakhstani style, which involves capturing her in a sack and dragging her away.

Sometimes these kinds of humor are the best because it's so stupid, it's funny. Dunno. You decide.

Better than the first movie (and book). It had a much better mystery and a very interesting plotline that you'll enjoy. The snake was done very well and the effects were a little better than the first movie.

Better than the first movie (and book). It had a much better mystery and a very interesting plotline that you'll enjoy. The snake was done very well and the effects were a little better than the first movie.

So we start in the summer where Harry is back with the nasty Dursley's after an exciting adventure in his first year at Hogwarts School of Witch Craft and Wizardery and a house-elf named Dobby visits Harry to tell him not to return to Hogwarts for his second year. Dobby ends up using his magic to drop a cake on Vernon Dursley's boss' wife which he puts up bars on Harry's window. He his later saved by Ron, Fred, and George and is taken to The Burrow, Ron's house. They meet Gilderoy Lockhart who will soon become their new Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher. They end up missing the train to Hogwarts due to the barrier being sealed between Platform's 9 and 10 and they take the enchanted car to catch up with the train and they crash the car into the Whomping Willow which destroys the car. They discover writing on the walls which is writen with blood saying: "The Chamber of Secrets been opened. Enemies of the Heir, beware." Harry is accused of opening the Chamber and petrifing Mrs Norris. As more attacks on students continue, Harry is blamed more because his classmates learn that he can talk to snakes, which Lord Voldemort can do. Harry finds a book by Tom Riddle and it shows him (or takes him) back around 50 years ago when a muggle-born is killed when the Chamber of Secrets was opened and Hagrid is framed by Tom. Hermione is petrified and learn that it is a giant snake and Harry and Ron go to Aragog, a pet spider Hagrid used to keep and find out that Hagrid never opened the Chamber. Harry When Ron's little sister, Ginny is taken by Basilisk, it is up to Harry, Ron, and Gilderoy Lockhart, who was trying to run away when the teachers assigned him to defeat accourding to his books (but the stories he wrote were already done by other witches and wizards and he erased their memories so that they wouldn't say that Lockhart is a fraud). Harry comes face to face with Tom Riddle, but just his memory and battles the Basilisk and Fawks, Dumbledore's pet phoenix aids Harry by giving him a hat which contains a sword and defeats the Basilisk and destroys Tom Riddles diary. Thus saving the day and freeing Dobby from the Malfoy family. A good solid 5 starts.

In the first movie (and book by J.K. Rowling) Harry is treated poorly by the Dursleys, his only relatives for all his life. Little does he know that he is a wizard and the Dursleys consider him weird and abnormal and have kept this a secret from him--until his 11th birthday! His life changes forever when Hagrid, Keeper of the Keys at Hogwarts School of Witch Craft and Wizardery tells him that he is a wizard and has been accepted to be taught at Hogwarts. Harry gets his wand, owl, books and other wizarding stuff to from Diagon Alley. Hagrid takes Harry to Gringotts Bank for deposit of Harry's money from his parents and a secret item Hagrid takes out. Harry learns from Hagrid that his parents were killed by He-Who-Must-Not-be-Named and that Harry somehow survived Lord Voldemort's curse. He befriends Ron Weasley and later helps Hermione Granger by defeating a troll and saving her life. They live in Gryffindor together (there are four houses in Hogwarts: Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin). He meets Albus Dumbledore, current Headmaster of Hogwarts, Professor McGonagall, head of Gryffindor house and teaches Transfiguration, Snape, head of Slytherin and the Potions Master (but instead wants to teach Defence Against the Dark Arts and been after the job for years but is currently being taught by Quirrell), Draco Malfoy, his enemy, and other characters in the movie in which will make this review extra, extra long. After the Troll incident, Harry suspects Snape let the Troll in to get something that is inside the school which is guarded by a 3-headed dog. Throughout the school year, they--how should I put this--snop around and learn the Snape is after the Philosopher's Stone. To speed this up, it is Quirrell who is after it--but for Lord Voldemort to return to power. Harry manages to get ahold of the stone in order to prevent Voldemort from getting it and when Quirrell touches Harry, he burns and Voldemort escapes to return again. Harry becomes a hero and thus ends his first year at Hogwarts.

That wraps this review up. The movie is worth watching over and over again and you should also buy the book. J.K. Rowling wrote a very good first book. The storyline is full of suspence and action-packed and is only the beginning of the Harry Potter series.

The best volcano movie you'll ever see. A volcano from a tar pit arises to spread lava onto a street and Mike and his daughter get caught in this catastrophe. After Mike sends his daughter with a doctor to treat her wound in her leg, he tries to figure out how to stop this thing from destroying L.A. Meanwhile, a subway train of people are trapped inside while lava is snaking its way in the subway tunnels and a team of rescuers help them get off the train and Stan ends up melting (jumps and falls into the lava but didn't make it) trying to save the driver. Mike stops the lava from continuing down the street but more lava is discovered by the geologist in another subway tunnel and it explodes and a demolition team knocks down a building (which was close from being completed) to stop the lava from killing the injured.

So all and all this movie was full of suspense and a very good movie to see if you're into disaster-type movies. 4 stars out of 5.
