Seven Demons

Chapter 2- Complications

Junsaki was holding onto his drumsticks moments after he killed the makamou.

"My first kill!" he yelled with pride. Seconds after this he put his weapons away.

"Not bad" Taekatsuki said to Junsaki.

Junsaki nodded and quickly retrieved his spare clothes(his clothes got burned away with his flesh) and transformed back into his human disguise.

*Note Three: Taekatsuki wished to be able to fly before becoming an oni, hence oni forms wings.

Taekatsuki and Junsaki arrived at the initiation ceremony for Junsaki's brothers, seconds after both of them had taken there oaths. The five spirits were surrounding the two of them, along with Hibiki, Zanki, and Ibuki, forming a ring around the two brothers.

Kotaro rose into the air almost as if being held up by wires. A necklace with a mocukp of a piano key appeared. Kotaro pressed the button on it. A stiff, cold beeze circulated throughout the enitre altar room.

"They were right, there is something to the rare fighting style that Kotaro uses" Taekatsuki said, shivering fom the cold air. He pulled in his wingsto try and warm himself up.

"Maybe" Junsaki said, not even fazed by the lowering temperatures.

Snow and ice froze overtop of Kotaro's body. It shattered, leaving him in an ebony and ivory form. His knuckles had a piano design on them. As he descended he uttered the words "Nibairaku/Double8".

He stepped aside as Alex was struck by lightning. He screamed in pain.

Junsaki smelled the air. "You smell bacon?" he joked.

"This isn't good. If he doesn't learn how to survive the transformation he'll be killed on the spot" Taekatsuki asked,

"Dibs on his harely!" Junsaki yelled aloud.

"Jun!" Taekatsuki said in suprise to Junsaki's response.

"I've got dibs Tae. I got dibs" Junsaki said,

Alex grabbed ahold of a black wrist band with a latch holding four strings. He strapped it to his wrist and pulled the strings to finally start his transformation using the lightning. HE became a dark colored oni with intricate gold markings across the suit-like body. "Naitoki/Knight Demon" He grabbed a guitar like axe weapon from the air. A shield appeared as well. He sheathed the heapon in the sheld and put it on his back. "I heard that Junsaki!" Naitoki said.

*Note Four: Nibairuki wanted to be a pianist.

The next day Junsaki and Taekastuki had decided to go to the Takeshi headquarters. They were browsing the supplies for some upgrades.

A man named Sabaki came up to the two of them. "Mister Junsaki? I've been assigned to be your temporary mentor by Hibiki-san" he said.

Junsaki bowed in greeting. "So your gonna be partner, mentor, whatever?" Junsaki asked.

"Just for a short time, since your just now an oni" Sabaki explained. A young girl, no older than 20, walked up as well.

"Taekatsuki, Im your mentor, Amaki, but you may call me Akira" she said.

Junsaki turned to look at Takatsuki.

"I hate you" he said as Amaki and Tae walked away.

"May I see your Onsa?" Sabaki asked.

"Oh, sure" he said. Junsaki handed it off Sabaki.

"Let's get you a new one" Sabaki said, pointing out tiny cracks in it.

*Note 5: The trigger device(onsa, band, whistle) you get when you become an oni is weak, and will shatter after two or three uses.

Akira and Tae were in the middle of training in hand to hand combat instead of there usual gunplay. Natsumi was watching from the sidelines for two reasons. The first was due to her being assigned to Amaki-chan, and the seond, was that Taekatsuki was getting his ass kicked. Suddenly a figure grabbed Natsumi from behind, causing her to scream.

"Natsumi!" Taekatsuki said. He grabbed his whistle and blew into it, only for it to shatter. "Use mine" she said throwing her custom whistle. He sighed, seeing the flower inscribed object in his hand before blowing into it and running out. Tae jumped into the air as the winds ripped his flesh off, leaving behind several pieces of cloth. As Tae flew over head he noticed a blue, bifurcated scarf around his neck, made from his tee shirt. "Not bad" he siad, before landing.

Tae saw Naitoki in the middle of the forest as well. A pair of humanoid figures with spider traits were carrying Natsumi. One was male and one female. These are called the Douji and Hime. Tae shot the one carrying Natsumi in the side, casuing her to be dropped. Taekatsuki picked her up. "You okay?" he asked.

"Yeah, Im fine" she said to him.

"Alright" Tae said before getting a running start. Tae glided over and grabbed the Hime. He shot her in the chest with his gun and then threw her into a tree. "Trumpet mode" he said as he but the bell on the front. "Shippuu Issen!" he yelled before playing a song on his trumpet. A cyclone surrounded the Hime, trapping it. Finally, a bullet fired at its heart, killing it and causing its body to deteriorate.

Naitoki charged his axe with electricty. He slash at the Douji. Next, he took his string buckle and slasmmed it into the head, playing the guitarn for about five seconds. Finally, he stabbed his enemy with his weapon for the kill blow.
