Haven't posted in decades, but I have become editor of the Desperate Housewives guide. Awesome!

You're welcome. Waltmor seeing my blog entry (specifically the 2nd paragraph, and he's comment #11) hooked you up. I'd been concerned about both DH and Lost for a while. Who says staff never listens to the users once in a while? Enjoy the new position. I'll certainly be stepping up my contributions to both shows now that they have better handlers.

Well with only one guide to moderate, I hope to do my best keeping it accurate. And if you find any inaccurate summaries but feel too busy to rewrite them, please inform me.
I did find that the previous editor would post not-so-accurate spoiler summaries and later not bother to correct them. But apart from being a bit perfectionist, I'm also terribly obssesed with the show, so this shouldn't be too hard.
Any suggestions are welcome.

Way to go, Daniel! You are definitely well deserving of this guide! It's good to see someone who actually likes the show/cares about the guide running this one.

Congratulations on the editorship. Although I don't watch the show myself, I'm glad that a true fan is going to be taking over the guide.

Congrats! I got editorship of 7th Heaven. The former editor had just made me T.U. a few weeks earlier and then lo & behold he was retired from the guide and I've got it.
I have to say I was surprised to see he was retired as editor DH and Lost too.

Congrats! Call me slow but I just realized that both Lost and DH are under "new management" now. Take a good care of the guide!
I agree with jekyll, both these guides have been in a very poor shape for too long. I'd stopped submitting to them long ago, too, because it was so frustrating. You'd never get any valid corrections made, nor any valid rejection reasons. And judging by the many comments I've read, I'm not alone in this.
I hope the guide(s) will now get the attention they deserve. Congrats!
