"GameSpot UK Unofficial Official Game Nights" is no longer the name for the game nights we put together. Instead it has been simplified to "Gamer Nights" or "GameSpot UK Gamer Nights" to save confusion with the official nights.

On top of that i gave the logo an overhaul, and instead of that bland one we used before, we now have a logo which is more symbolic.

Also, our game nights haven't been fluent enough, nor have you all had enough time when the next one is. THAT CHANGES!

The logo can be seen in future thread headers; like above. But the logo alone will look like this:

Now for information on the next Game Night:

• The games chosen by you were Call of Duty 4 for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

• The night shall start at 8pm GMT - Till Late on Friday 5th September 2008.
• Add Caddy0688 for Xbox 360 or Dan_Lero for PlayStation 3.
• You can join or leave at anytime, best if friend requests sent by 7:45pm GMT; preferably.
• Headsets aren't required.
• Any COD4 Rank, GameSpot User Level/Rank is allowed to take part.
• It's FREE!
• HAVE FUN!

Yesterday i saw Metallica live in Dublin. I arrived in Dublin at around 14:00GMT, and join the queue for Metallica at 15:00GMT. The queue was incredibly slow moving... getting me into the grounds at 17:45GMT.

Once inside, we got ourself a reasonable view(only later to turn dreadful..), and then the first band "Sweet Savage"(which i had no idea was appearing) came on, they were reasonable.

Then Tenacious D came on stage shortly after. They were great! Not only the songs + singing, but the acting too. They remade some of scenes from the film and made up various other scenarios up too.. absolutely brilliant.

Then sometime after them, Metallica came on. The played many songs including, Enter Sandman, Nothing Else Matters, Fade to Black, Master of Puppets, Ride the Lightning, One, Seek & Destroy, So What, Whiskey in the Jar and Cyanide from their upcoming album.

Again, and amazing performance!

Overall, it was an amazing concert, totally worth it, 10/10!

I'm setting off in 7 hours to the Airport to get the plane to Dublin, then i'm off to Marley Park to see Metallica! 9With Tenacious D supporting.
