About 2 weeks ago I got 2 expansion packs (The Sims 2 University Life and The Sims 2 Apartment Life) for the sims 2 for my birthday. However, my stupid computer cant load either of them. And I've tried all of this:
-Uninstalling my other games, restarting my computer, and loading up all my games
-Restarting my computer
-Going back to the store with the one game I had a receit for, only to later find out that my computer wouldn't load the new one either
-Waiting ever so patiently for my computer to load the stupid game after I c licked on the drive it's in on "my computer" (it took literally 20 minutes of me sitting there, with no programs running) only to get to the "disc's content" which would not load either and supposedly had no content for installing the game
-Trying to find out what the error code meant that popped up oh so many times, only to be left with no explanation and 10 minutes of wasted time
-Installing a different game entirely to make sure my computer was capable of reading discs (It was, the other game took no time at all to load and install, I've been playing it so I could stop sitting around really getting angry at my computer)
-Uninstalling just 1 expansion pack, then trying to load the games that weren't working, leaving me only with 1 less expansion pack
-Searched the internet for anyone else having the same problem and how they fixed it (apparently no one has, which only irritated me more)
I did all of that to be left with no sims games installed, though as I type this I am re-installing my original Sims 2 game.
Anyone have any advice? I'm open for anything that I haven't tried or technically done in the above.
I just felt like putting up a blog post about me loving my "................."s. So, this is pretty much pointless..............nevermind, it IS pointless.....................
So Michael Jackson died a while ago. I never liked him. People always say, "He's the King of Pop" what he wrote is nothing like pop. It's **** in a round thing. This is my opinion, you can't go bashing haters when we did while he was alive. Sure, you can think it's wrong. But it's not. If people can do it when the person was alive, why stop when the person's dead? I hate him, always have, always will. I'm being a pessimist now, but oh well.
