I don't see "Death Note" or "Fullmetal Alchemist" on that list, if you didn't watch any of them, YOU HAVE TO. They're probably the two best anime series ever made (they're fairly short too, about 40 episodes both of them).
Bleach and Naruto are great (when it's not fillers). If you like that kind of stuff then look for "Rurouni Kenshin" (old but worth it, about 100 episodes) and "Ninja Scroll" (pretty short series, the movie was pretty good). Also, some friends of mine recommended "Afro Samurai" (the one with Samuel Jackson); they say it's insanely funny. Hellsing is great but really, it's not a keeper. After I was done with it I deleted it to free some space. There's also a series out called "Denno Coil", so far I'm digging it.
My advice to you is to backup the stuff you've already watched on DVDs (or bluray if you can afford a burner and the blanks).
