October is here, and thus for me begins the 3 month rush. I have 5 family B-days (including my own) in October. So nearly every weekend the family is getting together for B-day after B-day. Then comes my B-Day on Halloween and the big Halloween Bash that I have. Every year I try to get bigger and better with spooky affects and decor. This year I think I'm really gonna impress everybody. Last year was great but I know I can do better, and I will.

October to me not only means birthdays and Halloween, but it also means the arrival of Autumn. Yeah I know that season started a few weeks ago, but October really just seals the deal. The leaves start to change color, the temperatures go down into the 50s and things start to go to sleep. Spooks pop up every now and then to give you a pre-halloween laugh or scare, and it gets dark out much earlier. This sucks because it means I have less time to BBQ now.
