Mandy Moore came out about the same time as Christina and Britney. When the fans saw she was another blonde beauty, they were expecting her to follow her peers... that's where they're wrong. Mandy has come a long way since then, and still holds on to her personal values. As a singer and actress, I have to admit that she's #1 in my book. Mandy's attitude and dedication to her music and acting is priceless, this is something more actresses need to follow. Any more it seems the typical female actress/singer has to show skin and raunchy looks to get the fan base. I find that going about things the wrong way. They say that sex sells, and as much as it makes me cringe... I have to agree.

Mandy has released several albums over the years, sure the first couple were cheesy... but c'mon she was a teenager! Now that she's in her early 20s, the star has released some amazing music. She recorded an album of all cover songs from artists that she found amazing, and have a lot of her fans hooked. She's been in plenty of films too, including the hit "A Walk To Remember"... one of the most amazing films EVER! Mandy will be releasing her new album, "Wild Hope" in June... giving her fans a CD to crank up this summer.

I've been a fan of Mandy Moore since the start, and I'll continue to be a fan. With her personal values, and her limits on doing things in movies... it's no wonder why I have so much love and respect for her. Women like her are hard to find today, they either start out sweet and turn bad or just follow what's hot. That, in my opinion is going about things the wrong way.

Alyssa Milano has quite a resume to brag about, she can sing, she can act, she can even melt your heart with that beautiful smile. :)

I remember checking out this series on ABC called "Who's The Boss?" because of actor Tony Danza being in it. When I caught the debut and saw this girl on there who was my age... I was hooked on the show and was hoping it would be picked up. When I heard the show was staying and also hearing how America loved it, I was so thankful! About the same time, the movie Commando was on cable TV, I never saw it before, until a friend told me I had to check it out. I didn't know why but when he told me Alyssa was in it, I asked him to record it for me since our provider sucked. Alyssa is 11 days older than me, and I was pretty psyched when I read that in an article. I remember having her posters all over my walls growing up... a few I still have saved back today. Alyssa has an incredible smile and her acting is flawless.

When "WTB" was cancelled, I was hoping that Alyssa would find some work and return to Television, and still crank out a movie here and there. I remember her being on Melrose Place there for a while, then came the WB Network and that's where Alyssa got another long series under her belt. Charmed came out and was a huge success, I knew Alyssa could do drama work, so this was nothing to worry about. I was hoping that the show would have what it took to keep fans interested... man did it ever!

After the series was cancelled, I was hoping that Alyssa would get another break in here career, according to IMDB, Alyssa will start in a new comedy series this fall on ABC. I hope this will be appreciated by viewers and give her a home at the place that launched her career.

I can safely say that Alyssa Milano was my first celebrity crush, and although she's not #1 on my list anymore, she's still in my top 5. If you've never seen her act before, you are missing out my friends.

Is it that hard to give these young actresses who came from a series that was overshadowed by another actress a chance to do something on their own? I think Amy could pull of her own sitcom or drama if given the chance. Yes folks she's that talented, it's just people are not giving her a chance to do so.

Jennie Garth is an amazing actress, I've been following her career for a very long time now. The first time I remember seeing her, was an episode of “Growing Pains”. When I heard about “Beverley Hills, 90210” adding her to the main cast, I knew I had to check out the series. Jennie's role of Kelly Taylor was amazing. She was the right woman for the job, nobody could've pulled it off better than her.

When “...90210” ended, I knew she would take a break and be back before you knew it. Sure enough, she landed a role in the WB series, “What I Like About You”. I'm just as big of a fan today as I was back in the 80s when she first hit the TV Screen. What I like about Jennie, is that she's just herself and not trying to show off or act like a big shot. She's one of the best things to come from Illinois, I should know, I live near her hometown of Champaign-Urbana. If you haven't seen “What I Like About You”, you really should... she's amazing!
