So much for less than $250 the Wiiiiiiiiii will be $250 dollars. Other stuff is that the nunchuck and wiiiiiimote together is more than a game. No DVD playback? Thats just sad for a next gen console. You know while the Wii+360 combo sounded attractive before now I really dont know. In other news MERCENARIES 2 FOR 360

As for the price I think it's attractive. Nintendo has stated they're making a profit right out of the box, Sony and MS had to price to drive sales.
I agree the nunchuck and wiimote will cost 60 bucks, which is pretty steep, however, follow this.
Basic console, including wii sports = 250
Three nunchuck and wiimote = 180
Basic package for 4 way play = 430 bucks.
Add in one or two games for an extra 80 buck and that's just over 510 dollars for a heck of a lot of hardware, internet access, four player action and the game of your choice. Nearly forgot to mention the Memory cards, which I think are $20-25?
Do a comparision for the 360 and how much will you get for $510? Certainly not four controllers, that's for sure. And is that still enough to cover the cost of a Sony Playstation 3, plus 1 game? No.
What are you really sad about after reading this post (apart from my maths skills)?
