Making My Presents Known.

I have not been on forever! Way too much stuff to do. I finished my 500+ page book for my Ethnic Lit. class (See my blog entitled 'Just Another Day In My Life.' ) and now I am on page 231 of a 550+ page book called "Invisible Man." No, it is not about a real man who is invisible, that is another book/story. This book is by Ralph Ellison and is about a black boy who is trying to live in a white world. But, doesn't realize that white people will never accepted him for what he is capable of doing and that he can be just as good as a white person. That is way the novel is named "Invisible Man" because people refuse to see him. Just so you know, this book was written in the 1950's, so those were the issues back in that time. Anyway, that is only for one class so... still lots of work to be done. I just finished writing a 4 page paper for my History class, so I am also very happy to have done! Well, I don't know, I just felt like writing something in my blog.
