Everything looks solid to me, except I would switch the hardrive to a Seagate or Western Digital and the RAM to Corsair, Crucial, Kingston, OCZ, G.Skill or Mushkin and perhaps a PSU with 500W+, but stay with Corsair.
Oh and don't forget about a DVD drive and Operating System.

I actaully did some major changes from this. The computer is up and running since 1,5 month ago.
