Here is what I'm about to buy. Any suggestions or comments please please please

I find myself have a kind of own way to review games. I go for the feeling. When I review a game I always go for the right feeling. I find it hard to review the graphics on its own or even the music and voices on its own. Instead I put everything in a pot in my stomach and mix it up.
It's the same feeling you get when you are looking for a new place to live in, make it an apartment or and house. When you find the right one you just now it. It's not the size alone or the nice toilets but the whole atmosphere. So in my reviews when I refer to "the feeling" this is what I mean.
It's obvious that, for example, the graphic itself is a big piece of the puzzle for the overall rating but if the feeling is right it wont affect my rating of a game.

Not being dependent on great graphics could also be that I'm old-school or just simply getting old.

Does anyone else go for the feeling or feels to enlighten me in some way?

Two foul things with HG:L. I have paid for 3 months but will not pay them furthermore if Ping0 doesn't come up with an apoligize and compensated all those people whom they have fooled.

Background
There are two web pages for HG:L. hellgatelondon.com(US)and eu.hellgatelondon.com (EU). Both these have there on account systems. If you register and subscribe on the US site you only get to play on the US servers. If you want to play on the EU servers you need two accounts and to subscriptions? Why? Just to rip of the supporting people? The biggest problem now is that they don't even want to answer the communitiy. They only come with lame attempts to avoid helping people out with this.
I am very sure of that they don't have the sufficent and distinct information about this before you subscribe. Therefore you get the feeling that they deliberately want people to pay double and earn more money. But is this right? Not to me.

The two hot issues
1) On the EU server the they charge $ and on the US server the charge £. This is clearly not right.

2) You need two subscriptions and pay double if youaccidentally have registered on the "wrong" site.
