6 Best Comic to Film Movies. #3

Sin City - 2005

Technically a graphic novel, but a comic movie all the same. Sin City used a unique visual style to tell the grittiest story brought to cinema by comics ever. Following the stories of three main characters, Mickey Rourke, Bruce Willis, and Clive Owen, Sin City takes you through a night of chaos as the bad guys and the slightly better bad guys who sided with the strippers face off in intense gunbattles and hand to hand fighting.

It should be credited with making Jessica Alba's career, since she went from a hot actress some people knew, to the single most revered woman in the country. So note to other aspiring actresses, be a stripper it pays off in the end. Bruce Willis is the true central character (Even though Rourke and Owen are more entertaining in my opinion, I'm not gonna ruin their stories by even thalking about them) as he hunts down a pedophile from his past, and protects Alba from him at the same time. Over a couple hours of twists and revelations you will see there is more to Sin City than meets the eye, and it is a must for anyone who can stomach a violent movie.
