So many coming up. Dance Gavin Dance w/ Emarosa.

Dear and the Headlights headliner.

or The Fall of Troy w/ Dear Hunter.

Argh, they all come within a week of each other hope I'm able to see them all, the new DGD cd is pretty good now that I've given it some time, but Dear and the Headlights really get to me. And I have a feeling their is no way I can avoid going to the Fall of Troy and dear hunter show.

Here's the breakdown:

Dance Gavin is amazing but the singer doesn't hold up too good live. Emarosa is incredible, though. Jonny Craig is the best.

On the other hand The Dear Hunter is pretty amazing, too.

DGD > Emarosa for me but yeah, I haven't seen them live yet. Dear Hunter is great live though, and being with fall of troy just makes it a plus. But I don't know if I'll be able to see any of them, my car is acting funky

Old Emarosa is better '-_-
The Fall of Troy is good in small doses, new album is pretty bad.

New fall of Troy is terrible, I agree. Relativity is in no way better than Happiness.

Happiness? Never even heard of that. I'm talking about This is Your Way Out. I love that EP and always will.

I thought you were comparing Emarosa to DGD my bad. I like their EP slightly more as well but still not as much as any of the DGD post craig. His vocals did not fit the music, and while I hated DGDs new singer at first, I've come to realise the change was for the better.

I still don't like Dance Gavin Dance
I'm just not into...i don't know what to call the Genre for Emarosa or Dance Gavin Dance O_o
I like Metalcore, Post-hardcore

What do you mean by post hardcore? Like At the Drive-in, Of Machines...? I think DGD new stuff is post hardcore.
Posted Oct 13, 2009 6:42 pm PT
Post-hardcore is Alexisonfire, A Day to Remember, In Fear and Faith and Of Machines.

Of Machines and In Fear and Faith were awesome live. At the Drive-in is post hardcore. Or they were when they originally started.

Never seen any of them live
and I don't like At the Drive-In
Posted Oct 13, 2009 7:27 pm PT
Of Machines was with Fear Before. During OM some guys were toking it up and the bouncer had to come out and try to find them but couldn't it was crazy, but they were damn good live.
