Just went to the 4th of July warped tour afterparty at JavaJazz. WWeeeeeeewwwwww. Sick sick.

The first three bands that played were horrible, and the crowd just stood there so I'm not even going to try to remember these bands names.

But then.... Dr. Acula came and the pit oppppppennnned the **** up. Followed by Attack! Attack!

And then.....

EMMURE!!!! Holy **** best band there, no doubt, and the pit was un bel ieva ble. Two black eyes and my nose broke. Definetly will be seeing these guys again.

Afterwards was PDA, Breathing Carolina, and A Day To Remember. I don't get all the hype ADTR gets, I think they are pretty terrible. But **** it was worth it for Dr. Acula, Attack attack (don't really like em but the pit was awesom), and ****in' Emmure.

Next up.... RX Bandits with Dredg, hell yeah July 17th.

And then..... FEAR BEFORE, July 22nd!!! Hell. Yes.

Emmure is definitely sick! I'll most likely be going to their Toronto show in August with Despised Icon. Fear Before should be good man. Good summer shows are hard to come by in Canada, you guys got it made.

Yeah Emmure was nuts man, my neck still hurts from the constant headbanging. Fear Before always puts on an awesome show.
And didn't you guys in Canada just get Number 12 looks Like you with Dillinger or something like that? That sounds like an awesome show to me.

What about Protest the Hero? They ever play there?

And....
You actually like Fear Before? I've met other Emmure fans, but never Fear Before.

I had to log in my Gamespot account that I never used more than twice in eight years or so to comment on this. The lineup for the secret show sucked. Enough said. Emmure and ADTR were all worth it to see again.

I'm not sure about that show, but I've already seen the number 12. I used to listen to Fear Before a lot a few years ago mainly the always open mouth and odd how people shake, unfortunately never saw 'em. Protest plays here a lot. I actually went to school with Arif and the rest of them were just down the street so yeah a lot of local shows. Them getting signed just makes it better for everyone.

Yeah, emmure is brutal, to bad their new stuff sucks so bad. Fear Before was awesome, probably the best show I've ever been to besides The Receiving End of Sirens on A New Hope Tour with As Tall as Lions.

Are you for serious? Emmure...best band there O_o
Emmure is a joke..their terrible lyricists, and to many breakdowns for their own good. I will say that I did like Goodbye to the Gallows, a lot. Felony is a felony.
I love A Day to Remember
Their great live, same with TDWP
Dr.Acula wasn't at Warped Tour in Mississauga

I once again agree Emmures new **** is terrible, but it was so worth it to see them play Ten signs you should leave, She Got a Henna Tattoo, when keeping it real goes wrong, and rusted over wet dreams live. I love the breakdowns, shame their follow ups suck so much ass. Day to Remember is terribad, I left halfway through their set.

haha I left after Mike got up on stage for one song
and then I went back, since the only other band playing was Chiodos, and I despise them. I forgot about Gallows, their also amazing live
I hate Alexisonfire live though.

Ahhhhh gallows is so awesome live!!! Alexisonfire used to be the ****, gave their new one a listen it's different, still need to give it more time though.

I can not stand Alexisonfire's new album, to be quite honest with you. It's like Cancer Bats had a baby, and dropped it on its head to many times.

HAHAHA!! haha... yeah it's def. an odd duck, love their first two cds though.

an odd duck, no one wants or wanted. I liked Watch Out! and Crisis, not a big fan of their first album though :/
Posted Oct 13, 2009 7:26 pm PT
I like their self titled. watch out and crisis are prob. their best though. What do you think about Dallas' solo stuff?
Posted Oct 13, 2009 7:45 pm PT
I don't like City & Colour to be honest. Find it boring, and it sort of hurts my ears, I'm also not one for Acoustic.
Posted Oct 13, 2009 7:51 pm PT
I like acoustic but did not like it either. Couldn't even remember the name lol.
Posted Oct 13, 2009 8:17 pm PT
I only remember it because Dallas Green is Canadian, and its played on the radio, and television constantly, and my friends listen to them
Posted Oct 14, 2009 3:53 am PT
Wow. Our radios over here are so terrible, all rap, country and alt. rock. ugh.
