I'm thinking of leaving the site. I just can't handle it anymore. Currently, I have 352 submissions waiting in my queue. I simply don't have the time to handle all these submissions and keep all my guides updated. I might retire from a few of my guides soon. I've also lost interest a bit. A lot of things are going on in my life and this site has become one of my last priorities. If I do leave, I'm sure my guides will be in good hands.
Edit: I retired from CatDog, X-Men Evolution, Rurouni Kenshin, Atomic Betty, Winx Club, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, The Fairly OddParents, and SpongeBob SquarePants. Good luck, future editors.

Thanks, Jose.
I probably won't leave completely, but I definitely won't be on as much as I used to be.

It's a shame to see you retire from most of your guides like that, though I suppose that is what the retire function is there for. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors, though I hope you’ll at least hold on to a few of your guides; I’m sure you’ll manage to find the time for that.

I don't really know you(came here after clicking on the editor for Spongebob), but I still think that you have done a great job on you're guides and you shouldn't leave. Also, I think you are lucky about have 252 submissions to moderate. I have 5 on a good day, which is once in a blue moon. I get submissions about once a week.

Huntsman - Thanks. And yes, I will still edit a few guides.
-Ascent- - Thanks. And it's not very lucky when you get 100+ on a daily basis.

I was a little surprised this morning when I found myself editor of X-men Evolution. You did a fantastic job on the guide and I'll try to do my best to keep it good.

Sorry to hear that. You are a good editor.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel like your leaving. You do an excellent job editing your guides. Best of luck to you.

Your a good editor. It's sad to see a good editor leave this site.

Sorry to hear that now. I was surprised to see in my Editor Queue a bunch of submission for Fairly Oddparents.
Posted Dec 28, 2005 9:41 am PT
Man this is a surprise Chris. But I guess when you're getting 100+ submissions a day it is time to tone it down a bit. I think the most I've ever had active in my queue was abour 50, and that was only after the season finale of Avatar. It's a shame to see you go man, you are one of TV.com's best editors and contributors. Hope you're able to stick around and still post on the forums and so forth. And while I'm at it, congrats to all the new editors as well. I don't expect the quality of those guides to go down just because Chris has retired

And thank you for makingme trusted for Spongebob and thus allowing me that window of opportunity to become editor.

Thanks, everyone. It means a lot to me.

I want to thank you for keeping Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi fresh and perfect. It was very noble of you to lend your HHPAY crown to YamataDragon. Anyway, you were a great editor for HHPAY.

Wow, I never thought I'd see the day. You were one of the best editors in the history of tvtome and did a great job here too, from what I have seen.
Sorry to see you go, amigo. Good luck in your future endeavors.

Sad to hear that you might leave, I hope you don't, Chris. You were a very good editor and TV.com needs good editors. Good luck in the future.

Sorry to hear that. I may also leave but it's understandable that you are leaving. Tv.Com shouldn't be on a person's priority list. I wish you luck in the future and I hope your life becomes successful.

Well, hello there Chris. Long time, no see. Don't worry, I'm not here to stir up trouble, again. I've long since buried that hatchet and moved on to bigger, better things. Just wanted to say, to spite everything that went on between us, it would be a down right lie if I said you weren't a good editor. It will be a great loss for this site if you stepped down. But, I definitely see where your coming from. I too know the troubles of handling LOADS of submissions (not here, on my MV site) and I feel for you.
So, farewell. Good luck in the future. You were both a good friend and a worthy adversary.

You gotta keep going. You can let go of a FEW guides, but hold onto DP. That guide is complete as Invader ZIM. You may have a lot in your queue, but I only got two in mine. And one of them was a submission by me. I don't know how it got in there.

It's a shame to see you leave man. I still hope you'll be around to kepp the other shows you edit in good condition. Thanks for making me the new editor for Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi. I will do my best to keep up the work that you did.

I'm sorry to hear you're considering to leave. You were a great editor...
Posted Jan 2, 2006 7:40 pm PT
I know what you mean Chris, after a while after school started, I had a lot of priorities and I'm sure you've noticed that I have not been on TV.com in a long time. A few months ago, I would have been thrilled to be teh ediotr of Danny Phantom, but with college applications, my new credit card, and my new favorite website eBay, I wouldn't have time and I kind of lost my addiction to Tv.com and devbeloped a new one to eBay. All right, well see ya!
Posted Jan 3, 2006 5:43 pm PT
Again, thanks, everyone. Don't worry, I'm not completely leaving, but I may retire from a few more guides in the future.
Posted Jan 3, 2006 9:03 pm PT
You've done a magnificent job with the guides, especially with the Foster's one. Even though you said that this site was your last priority, I'm sure that this wasn't an easy decision made. I wish you the very best, my friend. Take care.
Posted Jan 5, 2006 8:07 pm PT
Yeah, its a real shame if you leave. I actually am now editor of two of the guides- Atomic Betty and Winx Club, I was really surprised. I really hope you don't have to leave though- gosh, what would Danny do without you?
