Yes !! Yes !! Yes !! My AirCast was taken off today !! Doctor told me that I should be able to put more pressure on my foot in the next days and weeks !! I am over the moon - so freaking relieved... Light at the end of the tunnel
I went to see the doctors yesterday and was told that I will have to wear my aircast for one more week and then it will get taken off !! :) That would make it the 7th April - hope to start... Walking the walk
Good news !! First time since my injury, I have managed to walk aorund without crutches. :) It has now been about 3 weeks and a half and I am hoping to return to work on the 31st March. I should... Getting better and better
The swelling on my ankle has gone down, although it is still bruised, I am hopeful of beginning my rehabilitation training on March 31st. This will probably be long jogs - approximately 45 minutes... March Improvement
Well, there's a little bit of hope after all... :) They took off my cast today !!! I am now wearing an aircast and the doctor said that I should try to start walking on the injured foot... Injury update
Doctor told me today that I have torn my outer ankle ligament and will not be allowed to play sports for the next 8 (!) weeks... :( Meaning that my return date could be around the 20th April... Injections!
I have been given thrombosis injections and I need to do that once every day for the next 10 days. :( The foot is actually getting better and at the doctor's yesterday, the swelling was not as... Bad news...
First friendly after the winter break and after 50 minutes, I get tackled and tear my ankle ligaments. :-( Doctors said, that I will be out for 4 to 6 weeks! At the moment, I am lying in bed with... United close gap on Arsenal

Good news: Manchester United will entertain Portsmouth in the quarter-final of the oldest cup competition in the world, the English FA Cup. The tie is to be played either on the 8th/9th March.... Very first blog!
