I just wanted to take a moment, even though it is overdue to thank staff and the PTB for listening to our complaints and changing the outlook of the new TV.com. I am really pleased to know that out there somewhere people are listening to the user of this site. In many places today, the consumer or low-level workers are not listened to and it is assumed that they do not have a clue about what may work better. In some ways, the fact that some one listened and un-did the changes that they had made is a good step in the right direction. There used to be an old saying, "The customer is always right".
