Culinary - Uhm... trout (hopefully that is what we call ørret), steak.... I am bad at translating food... and to say I love fishballs sounds so very very wrong... but that's what it is called... in white sause...

Literary - I don't read too much books... have gotten started on some Terry Pratchet though and I like him... think unreasonable strange humor is down my alley... That and Stephen King but haven't read any of that in a while eiter...
