So it seems like everytime I write a blog lately, I'm going somewhere or coming back from a trip. To keep up with this, I'm back on the internet after a horrible 3 weeks away from it. I've arrived in Alberta safe and mostly sound. Not sure about my sanity, but then again I never really have been. So after packing, driving for 5 days, unpacking, fights with internet and phone providers (in both locations), I've come to verify 2 conclusions of mine from previous experience: 1. Moving bites the big one. Seriously. 2. Canada is a freaking huge country with a whole lot of open and unpopulated space that takes forever to drive across and there's not always a gas station or 24 hour store when you need one. All in all, I don't recommend moving about 3800km or 2400 miles (give or take).

Welcome back! Hope you get settled into Alberta soon. So you're just now figuring out Canada's underpopulated, huh?

That moving thing truly bites - I picked up and moved to Montana once - that was a long drive, but more gas stations along the way then there are up here north of 49!
