Give me a reason...

... to keep my 360.

Hey one and all, I'm kind of looking for advice today. Basically, I'm pretty fed up of my 360, I've had one since launch and am now on my 3rd console (stupid red rings) but in recent months I've been less than happy with it, (read a few blogs down for my feelings on achievement points) Now for the main question, should I keep my 360? What is stopping me from trading it in now that in this generation there are very few exclusive titles.

For example the only game I'm still currently looking forward to on the 360 (that isn't available on the PS3) is Fable 2, am I forgetting something?

What should stop me from trading it in for a Wii, a stack load of games and some good times? (I have actually owned a Wii before and sold it, but now with games like super smash on there way I kinda want another lol.)

Hmm.. the other exclusive thing I can remember off the head is .. Gears 2 and Online play for almost everything.

Well up until Home comes (and hopefully with features to make it as accessible and useful as XBL) you will have some kind of problem with the PSN online gaming experience.

Yeah, I'm not really a fan of gears. And the place I'm at at the moment doesn't let me have online play so it's really not a big issue for me lol.

Then I think its decided Also most of the Third party games are Multi platform now.. you wont be missing much, and incase one or two games come out, you can play it at a friends house or something

you know, you could just buy another with-out trading in your 360. One game i'm looking forward to is Ninja Gaiden 2, and Fable 2 looks cool too.

A good reason is because you won't get that much money for it if you trade it in. Sell it on ebay. If it was me, I would keep it though. You never know what games may be announced that are only coming to the 360 in the future.

Yeah you guys are right, I'm just being impatient I guess.

OK, so I'm going to rebuy a Wii, but thats it... I'm keeping the 360 for now :p

Good choice. Don't end up like my friend who will buy a cosole, trade it in three months later, by another console, trade it in three months later and rebuy the first console, then sell it and buy another consol. It's just a complete waste of money.

i would say keep it but don't get any more games on it. better still, pack it away with a 3 month gold subscription until November. buy everything else on PS3. firstly, it free which sold me instantly, then theres the prospect of Home and the ability of chatting to people just like in private chat and the in game XMB. XBL just isn't worth it right now.
